What deletion covers
You may request deletion of personal data associated with your Yoo.ma account, including account profile details, scheduling settings, booking information, support communications, and other personal data Yoo.ma controls.
If your data was collected through another Yoo.ma customer's workspace or booking page, Yoo.ma may need to direct the request to that customer as the controller of the relevant data.
Submit a request
To request deletion, email [email protected] from the email address connected to your Yoo.ma account whenever possible.
- Use the subject line "User Data Deletion Request".
- Include the email address or phone number associated with your Yoo.ma account.
- Tell us whether you want to delete your full account or specific personal data.
Verification
Before completing a deletion request, Yoo.ma may ask for information needed to verify your identity and confirm that you are authorized to make the request. We use verification information only to process and document the request.
Limited retention
Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including records needed for billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement of our agreements. We may also retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.
Confirmation
After receiving and verifying your request, Yoo.ma will review the affected data and confirm the outcome by email. If we cannot delete certain information, we will explain the reason where legally permitted.
